Nova, četvrta generacija LEED protokola objavljena je 2013. godine i donela je nekoliko značajnih promena za proces sertifikacije zgrada po ovom protokolu.

Savet zelene gradnje SAD (USGBC), kao autor LEED-a, zvanični je izvor za LEED i edukaciju iz oblasti zelene gradnje.

Savet zelene gradnje Srbije ekskluzivno predstavlja Radionicu „LEED v4 Sistem sertifikacije – Razumevanje LEED protokola za projektovanje i gradnju (LEED BD+C)“ koju će sprovesti kompanija Energo Energy Efficiency Engineering, autorizovani partner za obrazovanje USGBC-a za celu Evropu.

Radionicu vodi: Energo Green Consultant USGBC Education Partner.   Ciljevi radionice „LEED v4 Sistem sertifikacije – Razumevanje LEED protokola za projektovanje i gradnju (LEED BD+C)“:

  • Identifikacija tehničkih zahteva za LEED BD+C protokol (projekotvanje i izgradnja)
  • Opisati ciljeve, svrhu i zahteve minimuma zahteva i preduskova iz protokola
  • Identifikacija sinergija i razlika u odnosu na protokola za entergijer
  • Opisati i podvući razlike specifične za projekte adaptacije
  • Opisati ključne koncepte, zahteve, strategije referentnih standarda i sinergije unutar kredita iz svih kategorija
